Forms I deleted re-appeared in the my forms tab

I have reviewed your account and there are not folders, may be you're referring to forms? 

Please provide us the forms or folders you have deleted that reappeared, we will be glad to further check this on our end.

What has happened is that a number of forms that have been deleted over the last few years since we have been using Jotform have re-appeared since the weekend. On Friday the list was correct and then on Monday a large number of old forms re-appeared. In addition, changes that had been made to the forms are no longer evident. It is going to be a massive job to go back through and re-write all of the forms we need - essentially I will have to start from scratch. Do you keep a back up of forms in our account? Could we perhaps restore it from the back up from last week?
