Can users edit/update their submissions later

Is there a way for users to come back to a form and update their responses?

For example, an event-registration form where they want to add or change something, a day later.

Yes, you can allow your users, who have already submit your form, to edit their submissions without filling your form from the scratch. 

To do that, you firstly need to set up an Autoresponder to your form. After that, you just need to add an Edit Link to the Email Body. 

After that, your user can edit their submissions whenever they want by just opening this Autoresponder email. 

Note: Please check your account privacy setting. This is because, if you enable the marked option, your users can not reach the submissions through the edit link.
