As far as I understand you do not receive submissions to your email address firstname.lastname@example.org. We are sorry for the inconvenience you have.
As far as I check the email logs, the email address email@example.com seems to receive emails recently as you can see the screenshot below of our admin panel:

Besides, I have fulfilled your form named "INSCRIPCIÓN VII TALLER DE ABORDAJES QUIRÚRGICOS POSTERIORES EN COLUMNA LUMBOSACRA" and seen that your recipient email address has received the submission email successfully as you can see the screenshot below:
I do not see any problem with sending emails currently. Could you please check your SPAM/JUNK/BULK folders of your emails folders?
