Hello,
A previous employee of Klipsch setup this login and password and we are not able to get access to our account to get the billing statement.
Can you please assist? This is billed to our department card monthly.

The account is using your email address as the primary email. Just reset the password of the account to get the access to it. The username is klipsch.
