We were in the middle of taking submissions for an event and not are unable to get into the link.
Would you please check to see if the reason is that it has not been paid for, for the next year?

The account/username bsalsig was already in Overlimit Status due to exceeded usage limits allowed for the FREE account.
The last subscription renewal already ended at November 2016 -- it was not renewed since.
Because the account was in overlimit status, all forms will not be able to accept new incoming submissions anymore. You will need to upgrade the subscription to paid plan to be able to reactivate the account.
