Could u check why I have been upgraded without asking for it please?
By the way, my last message to you NEVER got answered... About having an old plan and wondering to which plan I will now upgrade since the very next plan seems to have the exact same offer I have now...??

I have just checked our records and found that you have an active premium monthly subscription, it's been renewed today so this is why you have received the notice.
Please note that Jotform is an auto-renewal service, from our terms:
Automatic Renewal. Paid accounts are subscriptions. This means that you will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis. YOUR JOTFORM SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH BILLING CYCLE UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR JOTFORM SUBSCRIPTION BY SELECTING THE FREE PLAN ON THE BILLING PAGE. You can also cancel by emailing the JotForm Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. When you downgrade your account will remain at your current plan through the end of your current billing cycle.
