Why is my form stuck on please wait after clicking the submit button?

    Hi,

    The form is not working today. Is there a problem?

    After clicking submit it just says please wait.

    The problem seems to be related to the embed method used since the current submit URL seems blocked, please try replacing the current code with the iFrame, this guide will help you getting such code from your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
