How to track responses to submissions

If I log in to Jot Form to forward or reply to a submission (rather than forwarding the email notification from outlook) is there a way to track those emails? I can't find any evidence of a submission that I forwarded this morning. It would be nice if the grid or excel download could include information on responses to submissions (date, time, who it was sent to, email content, etc.) This would really help with tracking responses and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
