How do I get it to show my form on Facebook?

    Also, how do I get it to show on facebook?
    I clicked the add to facebook on your site and said it's added but I don't
    see it appear on my facebook page.

    I'm sorry, it didn't work for me. Is there a way I can do a screen share with someone to walk through it?
