Allow multiple users to edit the submission to make concurrent changes

Q1. can you have more than 1 user open a form by Edit Submission to make concurrent changes? 

Q2. is there a flag / field I could use to display a message to any other users trying to use this same form, that someone when someone else has it opened? 

why?  - same form, different parts of a survey; team needs to complete all sections on same form to count as one single submission

1. If both users are editing the same submission (same edit URL), it'd create an issue. First user's submission will be overridden as soon as the second user submits the form.

2. Team collaboration is possible when editing the form but not when editing a submission. Editing a submission has to be done by one person at a time. Anyhow, I have escalated this as a feature request so hopefully, a feature like this will be added in the future.
