the e-signature field will occassionally not allow a customer to sign in it..they can tap in the box and get a dot, which seems to satisfy the REQUIRED setting, but it will not let them do anything more than tap to make the dots. IT DOES'nt happen all the time, just occassionally and not always the same box.Page URL:

Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate the issue on my end. I have tested it with Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Here's a screen capture:
Is this form embedded on a webpage? If yes, please try to re-embed it using the iFrame method. This will prevent script conflicts between the form and the webpage. Here's a guide: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
Also, do you know what browser and device are they using when the issue happens? Are they using a mobile device like phone or tablets?
