Hi,
Im needing to create two workshop registration forms, and am working from my iPad. It doesn’t seem to be compatible. It’s not opening forms and when I tap “Create Form” nothing opens. Do I need to to have something else opened?
Thanks,
Tammy

Can you please check if JavaScript is enabled in your browser? https://www.whatismybrowser.com/guides/how-to-enable-javascript/safari-ipad

tgallagirlReplied on October 15, 2017 at 8:43 PMThanks for the quick reply. Yes JavaScript is enabled. The forms don’t
even open, just gives blank white screen 😞

Please try to disable it by following this guide: https://www.technipages.com/ios-enable-or-disable-javascript
After that, try creating a form again.
Let us know how it goes. Thank you.

tgallagirlReplied on October 16, 2017 at 9:43 AMStill no, disabled, enabled and forms still aren’t opening. I can save
templates, but then they don’t appear for me to modify. Also the Create
Form isn’t opening either. But I know it’s a great site because a friend
just used it and was raving how amazing it is!

Hi,
Are you trying to share a screenshot? If yes, please use this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum
I did a test on my iPhone 6s plus and it is working properly. Here's my screenshot:
I will test it again using iPad so I will update you again later.
For the meantime, could you please try using a different internet browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to test it again on your iPad?
Let us know if the issue still persists. Thank you.

I tested your form in iPhone 7 and iPad Air, but I wasn't able to replicate this issue, the form is showing completely fine.
It would be great if you could share us what you see since the problem could be local, browser or network related.
We'll wait for your response.
Thank you!

Additionally, I tested on Chrome and Safari, and the form I created in builder was showing properly and I was able to edit it.
We'll wait for your response.
