How can I create a report similar to the submissions page?

I need to be able to have a submitted form and all of its contents made available to my team. However, the available report options are all difficult to read. Is there some way to collect the forms in a shareable format which presents them exactly as they look when they are filled out?

Please note that JotForm has different type of reports, you will find them here: https://www.jotform.com/help/326-How-to-Create-Form-Reports-in-JotForm

If you're looking for a different type of report, please provide us more details about it, there may be a way to implement it or we could also forward this as feature request to our second level.

On the website the completed forms are available in a searchable format that allows you to see the entire form as it was filled out by the customer. None of the reports allow you to simply use that. I want to be able to give my staff a link to the searchable form and it appears on the submissions page. I don't want to make it public though, I want to be able to pick an choose who gets to read it.

You may create a table listing report that will allow your users to search on the submissions, the information can be limited and the report can be password protected: https://www.jotform.com/help/209-How-to-Create-an-HTML-Table-Listing-Report

Now, if you want to allow them to view the web form with the filled information, then you will need to provide them with the edit link, that can be provided through the HTML table listing report too so they only click on the link and view the info.

    I hope this helps.

Isn't there some way to make the submissions page available without giving out the login info? That is the best version, every other version is far too difficult to have to read, even with the edit button. The submissions page allows you to simply click on a form and it shows up in the window without having to open a new browser window.

You may share the submissions page and the password does not need to be the same as your account password, it needs to be a different one that you set at the moment of sharing the submissions page.

Please check this guide that will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/199-How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page

The Table Listing Report that I shared above will also work with or without a password, you set up this while creating the report:

The table report allows the same functions like the submissions page.

    I hope this helps.
