siempre problemas con jotform

Hola, desde hace algún tiempo estoy francamente descontento con vosotros, cada formulario que hago tengo problemas (eso antes no ocurría).

Ademas es en todas las web, las web las hago a través de jimdo.

Ej.

Cuando copio el codigo html no se visualiza (congresosato2018.com) (congresosamfyre2018.es) (mastereco.es)

en estos enlace que mando de un formulario, escribo a. b. c. d. y sale lo que le da la gana, 

POR FAVOR PODRÍAN BUSCAR SOLUCIÓN O VOLVER COMO ESTABA ANTES.

eso si cada mes viene la factura y hay que pagarla.

Usted se cree que eso es una respuesta?^, mandando un link. he hecho mas de 1000 formulario y todos los he hecho igual como muestra el enlace que me ha mandado. pues bien de los 10 formularios que he hecho recientemente no funciona correctamente ninguno, unos no se vé el correo de quien lo envía y está puesto como requerido, otros ni siquiera lo recibo.

Por favor podrían solucionarlo o darme una respuesta coherente 

From your two responses I am trying to understand what the challenge is for me to resolves the issues conclusively.  From your first response do you have an issue with form embedding . I have visited the websites you shares and accesses some fields that have been linked to Jotform. When I click on theses fields in your website, it redirects to Jotform urls. Is this the challenge and want the form directly embedded to your website?

On the second response you mentioned about some user not receiving notification. Is this related to the above issue? Kindly open a new thread explaining what the challenge is and we will be glad to assist.
