Can you please confirm if you are trying to update the payment method for your Jotform subscription? You can update your Credit Card Information in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile image on the top-right side of the page.
- In the menu that comes up, click on Settings.
- Next, go to the Billing tab.
- Click on Change Credit Card.
- Enter the details in the Credit Card Information window.
- Now, just click on Update to save the changes.

I have updated the method; we request that the funds be refunded to Gunnery Sergeant Benavides's card (last 4 1650) and deducted from the card on file. 2024-02-28 $215.12 & 2024-01-08 $292.52 were the dates and deductions recorded. I understand the whole amount wasn't deducted, but the amounts were taken away from the card to be refunded. Our command (Marine Corps Base Quantico) recently approved and funded our use of Jotform, we want to ensure all funds are tracked with the command's account to track and record funds correctly. This will ensure that we are in accordance with our yearly spending budget. Thank you!
