Instead of the emails coming from JotForm which may confused the people I am sending this to...Can we somehow add in the company name? so they know who it coming from..

When I checked this form email setting, I saw that you have two autoresponder emails and one notification.
I also checked the autoresponder emails where the outcomes as following:
Autoresponder 1: Sender Name is set to "R&R Student Lets" but Sender Email is selected as email@example.com
Autoresponder 2: Sender Name is set to JotForm but you can change it to anything you want. In addition, Sender Email is selected as firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you also want to change Sender Email from email@example.com to your personal email, you can do it with the help of SMTP. Here is a detailed user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
