I need to change my payment info

Hello,

I need to cancel using paypal for the payments and I wanted to plug in a credit card. Whenever I click Change Credit card it brings me to paypal page. Any way to cancel paypal or do we have to use them for the payment processing? Thanks.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to change the payment method from PayPal to credit card, if you would like to do so then you will need to first cancel your subscription on PayPal and once your account is set back to free you could upgrade using your desired payment method.

Your submissions data and forms will not be lost when you downgrade, you will only might receive the alerts about your account limits reached, but they should disappear when you upgrade again.

Thanks. When you go to make a change to your subscription as if you were
going to cancel it, it gives you an option to change the funding source.

For PayPal subscriptions, it will attempt to create a new subscription, recognize there is an active PayPal subscription and then prevent switching payment methods.  If you cancel your subscription in PayPal first, it should allow for creating a new subscription with the new payment method.
