Account is suspended

    I just reset my password and it keeps telling my I have been suspended.

    Your account (Travelkat) is currently suspended. This form ( have fields that are asking for credit card information using regular text boxes. This is not allowed in JotForm. Please check our terms of use.


    We need to delete the guilty fields before we can reactivate your account. If that is okay with you, please let us know.
