Do you mean you want to have the published form pre-populated with data? You can do this using the prepopulate URL method.
User guide: Prepopulating Fields to Your JotForm via URL Parameters
Or if what you meant is just published the data of your form on your website, you can do it by creating Reports using the submission data.
User guide: How to Create Form Reports in JotForm
Base on the website you shared, perhaps using the HTML Table Report will do also.

The HTML Table Report will probably work. How can you make it pretty? Are there templates you can paste it into?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to customize the report, you may open a feature request if you want and we will be happy to forward it to our second level.
