Form not updating on live preview

Hello,

I have attempted to update this form: https://form.jotform.com/72914083413958 

have tried on multiple attempts to remove the Member Services position from the list and it works on the back end, but our live preview still has it as an option. Please assist me in updating the form so it reflects properly live.

I would recommend you to delete the option from your field and make sure that the changes have been saved, you can confirm this on the top toolbar:

If the problem persists, please confirm us the option you want to remove and the field where it's present, we will be glad to test this directly on your form since it might be an isolated issue.
