How to see image thumbnail in the submission report.

Good morning Jot Form magicians,

Is it possible to generate a cdv or other report of submissions for my current show, Your Favorite Photo 2023, that would include a thumbnail of the image associated with each submission?

Essentially I need a spreadsheet containing Name, Image Title, In a Word, Sale Price and image thumbnail
