I offer a range of baked goods in $3 bags. I want to offer 2 bags for $5, but if I discount 16.67%, it also discounts any extra bags as well. So if someone buys 3, it shows the price as $7.50, whereas I dont want to offer that extra 50c off the 3rd bag. Is there a way to do this?

I am not sure if I have completely understood your requirement correctly. I did check your form and found that you have added sub products.
Do you want to apply this discount per 2 bags to same sub-product or it can be combined with any products. Example:
Chocolate Fudge Bitz - User needs to buy "Red" of two quantity or they can by Red & Blue one quantity to get the discount?
What happens when user select 3 random products: Russian Fudge Bitz - 2 quantity, Rocky Road - 2 quantity and Strawberry Meringues - 1 quantity?
Please explain this in detail and based on that I will explain you what is possible and if there is any workaround to achieve your requirement.
We will wait for your response.

Yes, the form is still under construction so that may just confuse you.
The sub-options were added to try find a work around, but I havent been able to get it the way I want.
I want to offer a discount, where anytime someone purchases 2 of any pack, the price is $5.
But if they buy 3, it will still show as 2 packs for $5, and the extra pack charged at the original $3.
Essentially, I want to offer a multibuy discount for every 2 bags purchased. Without it affecting the cost of a possible third bag.
So -
2 x $3 bags = $5
3 x $5 Bags = $8
4 x $5 Bags = $10
5 x $5 Bags = $13
I hope this makes sense to you.
A percentage discount doesnt seem to work for me, as it discounts all bags in the order.
& the discount would change amounts depending on bags purchased, so fixed price doesnt help either.
Hopefully you're more computer savvy than me and can offer a possible workaround :) -

Please check also the product Special Pricing feature.
User guide: What is Special Pricing?
I think this option feature will work on your requirement. Let us know if this will not and if you require further assistance.
Thanks.

Oops, I spoke too soon.
It still isn't quite working for me
If i pick 1 bag Russian Fudge & one bag Chocolate, it still gives me the price of $6.00, whereas I only want to charge $5.
Do you get what I mean? -

Unfortunately, there's no other option to achieve that using the payment fields.
