I am not able to access my account nor change the password

    Não estou conseguindo acessar a minha conta e nem alterar a senha, pois ao proceder na alteração o sistema apresenta a mensagem de erro:


    JotForm is currently unavailable


    Please try again at a later time.

    The most likely causes:


    The server is down for maintenance

    There may be a network problem

    The site may be experiencing excessive load

    We apologize for the inconvenience, the reason why you got that error message was due to your account being suspended. Our phishing system suspended it, we have checked your forms, and they do not violate our terms of use: https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use 

    We have reactivated your account, and whitelisted your forms to prevent this from happening again. We would recommend you to also translate your forms to English, as our phishing system is not updated to scan forms made in other languages: https://www.jotform.com/help/298-How-to-Make-Your-Forms-Multilingual
