Hello JotForm Team,
Please see my form (https://www.jotform.com/build/73026936172154), specifically the item numbers 1-10. Is there a way to cause the Items 1-10 number selection answers to add up at the end, in order to produce a TOTAL NUMBER for scoring, once they've completed all responses for questions 1-10? How do I build in that logic?

You will need to add a set of fields per question, you will need to add one field per response, example:
Once added you will need to add some conditions to insert an "1" if certain option is checked, doing this will allow you to know how many times an option has been selected and get a total at the end:
This guide will provide you more details about these conditions: https://www.jotform.com/help/268-Conditional-Logic-Inserts-Text-Calculation-Into-A-Field
Now, to get a total you will need to add 5 Form Calculation values, at the end you will sum all the text fields for the "0" options, "1" options and so on.
The widget can be found here: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/calculation
This guide will help you adding the widget to your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form
And this one will help performing calculations on your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget
I hope this helps.
