Hi if i go over the monthly limit in a month and the form gets disabled, will it be reinstated at the start of the next month?

If you exceed monthly limits, yes, the counter is reset at the beginning of every month. However, if you exceed the total limits, the counter isn't reset at the beginning of every month like in the monthly limits and it requires to delete some data from your Jotform account.
Submissions, payment submissions and form views are monthly limits while forms, upload space and submission storage are total limits.
