Duplication of Information in Form Sections for Single Entry and Signature

I have combined two forms into one, resulting in two sections. Each section requires identical information, such as the name and signature. Is it possible for the system to automatically duplicate the information entered in the first section to the second section? This would allow our customers to fill in their details and sign just once.

If I understand your question correctly, you have 2 same set of questions and you would like to pre-fill the second set of questions when people filled in the first set of questions. If yes, unfortunately, it's not feasible. Pre-fill data function only works for getting data from another submitted form rather than the same form.

Typically, for the event, I need to create two forms: a consent form and a safety agreement form. These forms may necessitate identical information, such as name, passport number, and nationality. Additionally, we'll need signature and signed date on both forms after completion. And I normally use the public link to share the forms to my clients.

I got the requirement from my client to combine these forms together in order to have one link for these two forms. They prefer not to fill the duplicated information and wish to sign just once. Do you have any solutions?

Note: The completion of these two forms require the signature after the text.

Thanks for getting back to us. Sorry for the inconvenience, you can use Update/Calculate Field element conditions to populate the same fields with the same data if they are all in one form. Let me show you how to do this:

• In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
• Now, use the Update/Calculate Field element to pass the value from a field to the same field on the form:

Now, you can check out the result after adding the conditions:
