Is there any way to print off the submissions with the logo and the header and text that the client sees when they are completing the form online?
I would like to use one of my forms as an instruction on how to get a drug screen but when I complete the form and print it off for the employee, the company logo and instructions are excluded.
We are about to begin subscribing to your service, so hopefully this is possible.

Yes, it is possible to print the form submissions with the headers and texts. Please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-include-Headers-Texts-and-Images-in-the-PDF-format-of-a-submission.
If you want to print the form submissions with the textboxes or the way you have designed it, please check this user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/335-How-to-Print-the-Form-with-the-Users-Data.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
