    Hi There,

I know that the free version of Jotform allows 500 stored submissions.  Once that number is reached what happens to the submissions?  If I don't need to store the submissions and the e-mailed results are ok can my forms still be used?

Thanks in advance for your help

The 500 total submissions storage means that Free users are limited to a total of 500 submissions in their account. For every submission exceeding the 500 will cause for the oldest submission in the account to be removed.

Yes, your forms will work properly even if you have reached the total submission storage limit.

Keep in mind that this is different to the monthly submissions limit. For more information about account usage and limits, please visit this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/408-Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits
