I am assuming you're referring to the notification email recipient. You can change that in the notification email settings page. Here's a screen animation guide that you can follow:
1. Open your form in the Form Builder.
2. Go to the Settings section and select the Emails tab.
3. Click the Edit button on the notification email and go to the Recipients tab.
4. In the Recipients Emails, you can change, add, and delete the email address.
