Formatting Questions

I created one form that was 2 pages (notebook background), I need to create a second one and wanted to use the same format but need to add the element of drag and drop files. I like the format of the action on the forms with multiple pages but am not sure how I can add it to my form. Please advise.

Are you referring to the Drag and Drop style of the other form layout?
