Embedded form cannot be submitted

    HI,

     

    Overnight my forms are now not displaying correctly on my website. The capta button was not showing (i am since removed) and the terms and conditions is not showing.

     

    Also, it is not allowing people to submit the application. I am using a wordpress website.

    I have checked your form named "Tour the Greens Booking Form - Escorted Tours 2018" embedded in your website. I have seen the issue with "Terms&Conditions" widget on the form as seen below:

    In addition, I have fulfilled and submitted the form. I have seen that the form cannot be submitted and stuck on "Please Wait.." as seen below:

    I have seen that this is the error in embedding way. Could you please re-embed your form into your website by using our iFrame embed method as you can see in the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
