Single Choice Question - Choice/Selection Dependent for next question

    Hi!

I am setting up a form where I would like it where someone must answer one "single choice" question before the next one becomes available. And also, that the second question's answers will be dependent on the first question answer chosen.

    Let me provide an example.

I deliver nutrition shakes to 5 businesses. But I deliver them on different days at different time windows.

I want Question 1 to read:

What location will this shake be delivered to? (Single Choice)

    - Best Buy
    - Walmart
    - PNC Bank
    - Library
    - Great Clips

*Now depending on which location they choose, I want select day/time delivery options on the next question to be available.

For example, when someone chooses "Great Clips", I only want "Monday at noon" and "Wednesday at 11am" to be available on the next question.

Can I create that type of dependency within the set of questions?

Or is there a workaround way to do it?

    Thank you!

It's not possible to affect other radio button options with conditions, but you may set up different fields with the desired options and show them accordingly to the selections on the previous fields. This guide will help you with the show/hide conditions: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer

You may also take a look on this alternative widget, although it's a drop down it allows to handle the next drop down options based on the selection on the previous one: https://widgets.jotform.com/app/dynamic_dropdowns

This guide will help you adding it to your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form

    I hope this helps.
