Hello, please help me to properly configure Google Drive Integration

    Not sure if it is possible:

    I am using a form to perform a safety check on the fleet of equipment. This check is monthly. Is it possible to to have a folder {serial} (serial # of the machine) and then each check will be a sub-folder {time}. 

    This way all safety checks for the same machine will be in folder named {serial} and  sub-folder {time}.

    While setting up the integration, you can assign the folder structure to be used in Drive:

    A new folder will be created for each submission.  It is not possible to place the PDF's in the same main folder, but it is possible to place the submission folders in the same base folder.
