Form I created isn't working when I put it on my website

So I tested the form on jotforms worked great, but when I am following the instructions on how to put it on the website the submit form isn't working. 

Please try re-embedding your form using the iFrame Method. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

If the issue persists, please provide the website URL where the form is embedded so we can investigate it further.
