How to send a submission for approval

Howdy,

I need to process Board Vote where one person would "Motion the Board to a vote" and a separate person will "Second the Motion".  I want to disable the Motion and Second options once one of our 16 Board members selects either.

How might I accomplish this task.  Thanks...

Send the edit link to each board member.

You could then conditionally hide or disable the appropriate fields when a board member selects the option to second the motion.
