I have a question. I'm new to Jotform, now the building of a form seems easy enough, but is there a way that I can automatically upload the subscriptions of my event into either Excell or Mailchimp? Would love to hear from you.

You can integrate your form with a number of third party integration that we offer, which includes Google Spreadsheet and Mailchimp.
You can see all the third party features from your form settings.
