Why are Survey & Page Elements not showing on my builder?

    I am unable to see the Survey & Page elements selections when creating a form. I can see the basic, & quick elements but when I scroll down it stops at survey elements and wont go down any further. How can this be changed? I need to complete our forms for enrollment so please let me know as quickly as possible.

    I have just checked your main form and found you already added the page break buttons, I also noticed that the elements are available on your end:
