We paid to upgrade our account but our form is still showing a "quota exceeded" error. Please assist.

Your account is active and your standalone form is working properly. However, I was able to replicate the issue on your embedded form.
I am not sure why your embedded form is not working. Please re-embed your form with the iFrame code to see if that will resolve your issue. Inside of this guide you can find how to get the iFrame code of your form:
If that does not resolve the issue, please let us know.
