Hello,
Let's say that I have created a form with JotForm and linked it to my website. After someone fills in and submits the online form, am I able to:
a) edit it - for example: add some of my own notes or correct their grammar. ie NOT edit the form itself, edit the content.
b) save it as a PDF (with the changes I have just made) so that I can save the document to my computer or print when required.

Yes, you are able to edit submissions. Please go to "My Forms" section and select the form whichever you want to display submissions. Click on the "More" link and then "View Submissions".
In this example, I will edit the name field. Please click on the "Edit" button on the right side and edit the submission.
After you finish the process, click on the submit button. Rest assure that the user who sent the submission to you won't be informed about this process.
b) save it as a PDF (with the changes I have just made) so that I can save the document to my computer or print when required.
You are able to download the edited submission by clicking on the "PDF" button.
