Account suspended - Fake Service offer.

    Hi it looks like my account has been banned and IP banned, hoe can this be fixed?

    Hi Rudolph,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your IP was banned due to account suspension. The account was suspended because this form in your account was suspected to be offering a fake service. If your company is a legit institution, can you provide us with the following information:

    1. The URL where the form is used.
    2. Provide any documentation that will support your claims.
    3. Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.

    Send these things above to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #8587551 as your subject and we’ll let you know about the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of them. We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Would it be possible to re-activate it and how can we stop it from
    happening again?

    Thanks for getting back to us. I've checked your account and can see that it is active. This means that the ban is not because of your account. To avoid confusion. I moved your IP address issue to a new thread and helped you with that here.
