    Hi,


    We pay $20 a month for Jotform. I have received an email saying we need to upgrade and no space when we are well below our allotted submissions. Can someone please contact me regarding this situation.

    There isn't any live subscription for your account username "MUOCredentials". There was a Bronze subscription, but last payment received was on Sep 9, 2017. You may go ahead and upgrade your account: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account

    So I need to make a payment for this month? Then I can cancel it in

    If you want to upgrade, you can do it, and cancel the subscription before it renews in December.
