    I have tested your form with the calculation and it seems fine.

    Can you please give us a scenario on which you think it isn't working as it should be?

    Ok, I followed your scenario and found that you were right.

    I have found that there were some missing calculation values for the options. I have filled them and checked them. So far it seems working fine.

    Can you please check back again and let us know?
