I had 5 products sell using my jotform. Someone went through the form, placed an order, and paid for it through paypal, but yet, I don't see any submissions. Now how do I know if Paypal is the correct shipping address?

I have been checking your form and noticed that the submissions ended up as incomplete, please note that this may have happened when your users abandoned the payment page, and in some cases when the IPN is not properly called when the payment is completed.
I would recommend you to enable the IPN option on your PayPal account so completed payments skip the incomplete section: https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-on-your-Paypal-Account
