Link to Stripe

Hi

Is there any way to provide a link in Submission details that links to a customer in Stripe? The customer ID is captured in the Payer ID field - for example Stripe Customer ID: cus_BliVMUiI4X8gla.

If I could add the URL https://dashboard.stripe.com/customers/ in front of this ID it would provide a very convenient link to the Stripe dashboard. The only alternative is to search through for the customer manually - this is not a solution!

No that's not possible. According to our terms of use it is forbidden to collect usernames. This is because of abuse from people making phishing forms.

"Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately."

Thanks – I don’t see that option on payment settings – only the option to select credit card address.

You need to add a short text field to your form. And then the option will appear.
