In my form I have fields that are hidden and I use them indirectly in conditionas to calculate and show other fields.
I have set the response sent to the person who fills the form that gets the email with the PDF attachment, ie the image of the filled form.
Unfortunately, this form displays fields that are defined as hidden and contain values that may pose a problem for the recipient.
Are hidden fields supposed to be visible in PDF or rather is this a bug?

The hidden fields on the form will not be hidden on the submission PDF report. This is not a bug but a design default.
But you can correct this by modifying your form submission PDF report --- you can remove the supposedly hidden fields in the PDF report so that they will not be included.
Please refer to our user guide : How to Customize PDF Submissions Report
I hope this help. Let us know if there is more we can assist you with.
