Form is not working on website

    Hello Team

    I have create one form using Jot Form but it is not working. As i implemented the from in wordpress but after pressing the submit button, it only shows please wait..text, but nothing happens after that. So please look into this matter ASAP.

    I tested your embedded form and I was able to replicate the issue you reported. The submit button is stuck on 'Please Wait...'. To resolve this issue, please re-embed your form with the iFrame code. Inside of this guide, you can find how to get the iFrame code of your form:
