Message sent to user reflecting JOTFORM branding

    Hi,

    I have an upgraded subscription and yet the autoresponder emails going to clients reflect "via jotforms.com".

    This was not the case earlier, but came into notice since last couple of days.

    Please check and provide a solution.

    I have checked your senders and noticed that you're using the verification method, please note that this will only mask the sender with your custom one, but it will still use the JotForm mail server information. 

    I would recommend you to set up an SMTP sender instead since this will use your own mail server info: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
