I've created a vendor application through JotForm. where do the submissions go?

How will I be notified when someone submits an application? Is there some way I can have the completed applications automatically sent to my email?

Usually when a user/customer submits a form your account will receive a copy in your email.

Please check your email's SPAM/JUNK folder.
