Stop form disappearing after submission

Hi, I have created a small conditional logic form with two dropdowns. I don't want to use it as a form, just as a way of directing people to the part of the site relevant to their requirements.

You can see it here: http://www.tiger-hr.com

    It's embedded with iframe.

At the moment only two of the conditions are set up so if you want to test it choose "I am an employer with 5 or more employees and from the second dropdown select "HR Support & Compliance"

That will take you to a test anchor on the same page.

I guess it would be ok if all the options point to other pages but there are going to be several that are anchor links.

Is there anything I can do to stop it disappearing?

I can see on your page that you have not embedded your form correctly. You can see some of the code on the page.

Please remove all JotForm code and embed it again using the iFrame method:

Hi, that's very peculiar because I can't see that. Also I copied the code from the iframe embed option using the button so if there's something the matter with it I may need you to look at it and tell me where.

     Hello,

I am seeing those error codes in my Firefox and Google Chrome

Usually this occurs when some scripts are in conflict with other scripts in your website.

Try embedding only the IFrame without the script part.

    Best Regards.

To my understanding on the issue of "Is there a way to keep it from vanishing after submit" you want once the form is filled it is still displayed on the same page instead of showing blank page after submit.

I have checked your form and I can see that the thank you page has been redirected a blank page. In order to change the form to display the same form on submit, kindly add the link of the form to the redirect url of the same form.

Kindly view the illustration below on how to do the above.
