Random Form Limit Drop then Black Friday Pricing didnt apply

    I logged in to create my 75th form, and I was given an error that the current plan (Bronze) limits me to 25.  Not sure how I got 26-74 built.

    No big deal, because the Black Friday pricing is $50 off.  I do the upgrade, and pricing didn't apply.

    Not super happy and sort of confused.

    1. We have recently restructured our plans. The new limits for the plans are as follows:

    2. You Black Friday purchase must have gone through. Because I checked your account and it shows you as a Silver plan customer.

    Indeed the upgrade went through, however it is at $39/mo versus the advertised $19.

    Hello FirstPageMedia,

    The Black Friday offer applies only to 1-year and 2-year subscription of Bronze and Silver plans. It does not include the monthly subscription. If you wish to subscribe under the offer, I recommend to cancel your subscription first.
